How to book an appointment

Booking takes about 2 minutes. You do not need an account to get started.

Open the booking link

The business will share their unique booking link with you. It looks likebookorielle.com/b/business-name. You might find it on their Instagram bio, website, business card, or in a text message.

Choose a service

Browse the services offered by the business. Each service shows the name, price, and duration. Services are organized by category (like Hair, Nails, or Massage). Tap the one you want to continue.

Pick a staff member (optional)

If the business has multiple staff members who can perform that service, you can choose who you would like. If you do not have a preference, select “Any available” and the system will assign whoever is free.

Select a date and time

Pick a date from the calendar, then choose an available time slot. Only slots when the business (and your chosen staff member) are available will be shown. Greyed-out dates have no availability.

Morning slots tend to fill up fast. If you do not see availability on your preferred date, try checking the next few days.

Enter your details and pay

Enter your name and email address. If you already have a BookOrielle account and enter the same email, the system will recognize you and send a quick verification code to auto-fill your details.

On the payment step, you will see a full breakdown of the service price plus the booking fee. Enter your card details through the secure Stripe checkout. Depending on how the business has set up their payment mode, you may be charged the full amount, a deposit, or nothing upfront (card saved on file).

If the business has a promo code running, you can enter it on the payment step to get a discount. The discount will appear as a line item in the checkout summary.

Confirmation

After booking, you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. The email includes a “Manage Booking” link that lets you reschedule or cancel without needing an account.

If you set up recurring bookings (available at businesses on the Gold plan), the system will automatically create future appointments at your chosen frequency.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book as a guest with just your name and email. But creating a free account lets you see all your bookings in one place, set up recurring appointments, manage email preferences, and check out faster next time. Create an account anytime.
