Reviews

Customer reviews help build trust and attract new bookings. Here is how they work and how to manage them.

After a booking is marked as completed, the customer receives an email with a unique review link. They can:

  • Rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars
  • Write an optional comment
  • Indicate whether they would recommend your business

Reviews can also be submitted from the booking detail page if the customer has an account and is logged in.
