Services & Products
Services are what customers book. Products are what you sell at checkout. Both are managed from your portal.
Services
Go to Services in your portal and click Add Service. Fill in the following:
- Name such as “Classic Manicure” or “Men’s Haircut”
- Price in dollars (e.g., $45.00)
- Duration in minutes (e.g., 60 min). This determines how much calendar time the appointment blocks
- Category to group related services (Hair, Nails, Massage, Facials, etc.)
- Buffer time (optional) to add padding between appointments for cleanup or prep
- Deposit amount (optional, Gold plan) to require upfront payment before the appointment
- Description (optional) shown to customers on your booking page
On the Free plan, you can create up to 5 active services. The Gold plan removes this limit entirely. The system enforces this on both the portal and the API.
