Refunds & Disputes
How refunds work for different scenarios and what happens when a customer files a dispute.
For Businesses
Refunds are issued automatically in two cases:
- Customer cancels within the free cancellation window set in your cancellation policy. Full refund.
- You (the business) cancel a booking. Full refund, always, regardless of timing.
Business-initiated cancellations always trigger a full refund to protect customers. This is a platform-wide policy and cannot be changed per business.
