By using BookOrielle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll let you know when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You need an account to book services or list your business. Keep your login info secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your credentials or let someone else use your account. If you think someone accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately at support@bookorielle.com.
When you book a service through BookOrielle, you're entering an agreement with the business providing that service. We facilitate the connection and handle payment processing through Stripe, but the actual service is between you and the business. Prices are set by each business and displayed before you confirm. All payments are processed securely, and you'll receive a confirmation for every booking.
Each business on BookOrielle sets their own cancellation policy. You can see the policy before you book. If you cancel within the allowed window, you'll get a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, depending on the business's policy. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days.
BookOrielle charges a small platform fee on completed bookings. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. The fee is clearly shown during checkout so there are no surprises. Business partners can see their fee structure in their dashboard.
Be respectful. Don't use the platform to harass, spam, or scam anyone. Don't post fake reviews. Don't try to break or exploit the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these guidelines. If you see someone behaving badly, report it to us.
The BookOrielle name, logo, and platform design are our property. Business listings, photos, and content belong to their respective owners. Don't copy, reproduce, or distribute content from BookOrielle without permission. By posting content (like reviews or photos), you give us permission to display it on the platform.
We do our best to keep BookOrielle running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect 100% of the time. We're not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses on the platform. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BookOrielle. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms as BookOrielle grows and changes. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. The updated terms will include a new effective date. Your continued use of BookOrielle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
