Setting up Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect is how you receive payments from bookings. It is a one-time setup that takes about 5 minutes.
Stripe Connect is Stripe’s platform for marketplace payments. It lets BookOrielle collect payments from customers and route the business’s share directly to their bank account, with the platform commission automatically deducted.
You do not need to have an existing Stripe account. The onboarding process creates one for you.
You must complete Stripe Connect setup before your booking page can accept payments. Without it, customers will not be able to pay for bookings.
