Promotions & Marketing

Create discount codes and shareable promo cards to bring in new customers and reward loyal ones.

Go to Promotions in your portal and click Create Promotion. For each promotion, set:

Discount type is either a percentage off (e.g., 20%) or a fixed dollar amount off (e.g., $10)
Promo code is what customers enter at checkout. You can create a custom code or let the system generate one
Expiration date (optional) after which the code stops working
Usage limit (optional) to cap how many times the code can be used

On the Free plan, you can have 1 active promotion at a time. The Gold plan allows unlimited active promotions.
