Messages & Communication

Communicate directly with customers about their bookings. Messages are tied to specific appointments for context.

Go to Messages in your portal. The page has two panels:

  • Left panel shows your conversation list with customer names and the latest message preview
  • Right panel shows the full message thread when you select a conversation

Each conversation is linked to a specific booking. This gives you context about what service was booked, when, and the current status.
